FAQ
What is allowed in Kanawha Plaza?
Tents, blankets, tables outside food and beverages are permitted on site.
​
Absolutely no illegal substances, illicit goods, fireworks, weapons, guns, knives or laser pointers will be permitted at the event and violators will be held accountable and prosecuted by state and federal law.
​
No Grill or any type of open flame is allowed onsite.
What is allowed in 17th Street Market?
Outdoor chairs are allowed. No tents or tables are allowed onsite.

When can guest check-in/Enter
For Kanawha Plaza, guests will not be able to enter the space until the event start time.

For The Silent Party, guests may enter the market or any of the surrounding restaurants whenever they like. Headphone distribution will not begin until the events start time.
Are refunds allowed or can I transfer my ticket to another date?
Your ticket can not be transferred to future date and refunds are only granted if the event is cancelled/postponed by the organizer.
Your ticket covers your admission into the event only unless you purchase one of our picnic seating options for our Brunch dates.
Kids 16 and under are free, but must be accompanied by an adult for Brunch ONLY.

For the Silent Party anyone wanting a headphone must purchase a ticket.
Parking
There are several paid parking decks around Kanawha Plaza and guests can access free street parking on various street locations in the vicinity of the Plaza.
Food Vendor Form
Fill out the below form to be considered for any of our upcoming events in 2025. At this time we are accepting Food Vendors ONLY.

Vendor fee is $150 for Brunch on the Plaza and is non refundable.
​
All other opportunities you will be contacted about directly and the cost with vary from event to event.
An invoice will be sent to collect payment once you have been confirmed as a vendor.
