Found and Owner
Dr. Faith Wilkerson is a dynamic community leader, educator, and event curator dedicated to creating experiences that bring people together. As the founder of UnlockingRVA, she has built a platform known for transforming spaces into vibrant, culturally rich gatherings that celebrate connection, creativity, and community.

With over two decades of experience in higher education and student engagement, Dr. Wilkerson also serves as a professor at the University of Richmond, where she empowers students through public speaking and experiential learning. Her work seamlessly blends her passion for education with her commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging environments beyond the classroom.
